PLA works well for the enclosure. The bold orange shell is classic Clocky, but the color is yours.
Use PlatformIO to build and upload the firmware and the web-interface files.

Open the Clocky MakerWorld page and download the 3D-print files and the linked firmware resources. Read the model notes before starting.
Print the front plate, back plate, and stand in the orientation shown with the model. Remove supports and make sure the USB-C opening is clean.
Open the firmware project in PlatformIO. Confirm that the board configuration uses a 4 MB flash layout before compiling.
Connect the CYD with a data-capable USB-C cable, upload the firmware, then upload the LittleFS web files so Clocky’s setup portal is available.
Seat the display in the front plate without pressing on the screen. Align the USB-C port with the enclosure cutout, fit the back, and fasten it gently with the M3 screws.
Power Clocky, join its Wi-Fi setup portal, connect it to your network, and choose your layout, colors, theme, and countdowns from the web portal.
Clocky keeps the everyday controls friendly while giving tinkerers plenty to customize.

Clocky’s interface is split between the ESP32 firmware and web assets stored in LittleFS. Upload both before assembly so every feature is ready from first boot.
